About this site
This blog is… part journal, part reflection, part quiet corner to place my thoughts.
I write because it helps me breathe. Because some feelings need somewhere to go. And maybe, one day, these words will help my children—or my grandchildren—understand who I was beyond the day-to-day. What I wrestled with. What made me laugh. What I was still figuring out.
I’ve been in a season of seeking. I’m learning to sit still, to listen for God in the quiet, to be honest with myself on the page. I journal, I pray, I read (a lot). And now I’m sharing some of that here because the questions I feel are worth putting into words.
You’ll find stories here—some from childhood, some from now. Thoughts on grief, growth, faith, work, books, mangoes in winter, the masks we wear, and everything in between.
This isn’t a space for perfect takes or polished opinions. Just honest ones. I’m not writing for critique or applause.
I write here under a version of myself that feels safe and true.
Welcome to Beloved Dancer.
I’m still learning the steps—but I’m dancing anyway.
